“ So we had the enchiladas, beans and rice and the carne asada tacos. The food was good service was quick. However, the atmosphere was a bit off. Our total came to around 65 fir 2 people which wasn't bad for inside of a casino in Las Vegas. ”
“ A great spot!! The Rio is really doing great and this long established eatery earns it's longevity. The staff is very cheerful and fun. We felt like we were at a party. The margaritas rocked, I got a kick from the spicy selection. Guy's guacamole was fresh with super fresh and tasty mix ins. The beef machaca has a really great flavor. It was tasty, it was fun, we willbe back for more! ”
“ Our waitress Lada was such a sweet heart and very attentive. The kitchen manager helped served or food which added a more personal touch. Everyone around us was so cheerful. It was amazing. ”
“ Wish we had one in our city ! The chips and salsa had a hint of chilli pepper on it which I enjoyed.. We try a different entree and they are all incredible. I had the Green Chile Pork enchiladas, They were awesome, and the margaritas were really yummy. We ordered the Tres Leches cake for dessert and holy smoke - It is huge, rich, creamy, delicious, and topped with a delightful crunchy toasted coconut. Everything we ordered was great and did not take long to get our food after we ordered. We had the best time here, and we all left with full bellies. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Try it you will not be disappointed.... ”
“ This place has a small menu but what they serve is superb. The trash can nachos are delicious ( the pickled red onions are the bomb) everything was packed with flavor and the staff was amazing. I really want to check out some of Guy’s other restaurants in the future. I definitely recommend if you are in the area ”
“ A bit skeptical when I walked in. I’m Mexican and the atmosphere I sensed at first didn’t reflect actual Mexican culture. Not going to lie almost thought this was another celebrity using my culture to make profit and yet I was surprised! Down to the last ingredient! It was perfect just like my mom makes! Definitely will come again and proud to say Guy definitely deserves his title! Servers were awesome and food was great!! ”
“ I had the best carne asada chimichanga I've ever had! I don't like cilantro, but it wasn't overpowering in the rice, just a nice spice. My husband's enchiladas weren't so good. The waiters were great, very attentive. I thought the price was a little high, but that's probably because it has Guy's name on it. I would go back and have that chimichanga again! ”
“ We stopped by before a show for drinks and some chips and salsa. The drinks were amazing! I had the margarita infused with jalapeno peppers ! Tha bottomless chips and two kinds of salsa were cooked fresh and a nice snack. The staff was warm and friendly. We were seated immediately and served with a smile. 5 stars from me, and I would return. I highly recommend. ”
